March 14 – Windows are replaced in both atriums. March 16 – Treated Southern Pine band joists are installed to replace decayed structural members. April 10 – New siding donated by International Paper is installed in atriums. April 4 – Siding is removed. April 24 – Siding is installed on the front façade of the building. April 25 – New stairways are constructed at side entrances. April 26 – Minor roof repairs are completed. April 30 – Tami Kessler and Digges Morgan discuss stain color options with painting contractor. May 1 – Painting crew applies solid color stain donated by Thompson’s WaterSeal to siding inside the atriums. May 3 – Painting crew stains the front entry. May 4 – Termite damage uncovered inside the south wall of the building, Digges Morgan’s office. May 14 – Carpenters install Southern Pine siding pattern #117 to accent panels beneath all exterior windows. May 17 – Painting crew stains all trim. May 23 – Painting crew moves inside to paint all interior walls.
June 20 – Landscaping and new deck furniture are featured in both atriums. July 20 – Landscaping is completed, outdoor lighting and an irrigation system are refurbished to complete this extensive renovation.
